The Crownlands, located in the southern half of Westeros, are the lands ruled directly by the crown on the Iron Throne. These lands include King's Landing and the surrounding areas, including the town of Rosby and Duskendale. They are south of the Vale, southeast of the Riverlands, east of the Westerlands, and north of the Reach and Stormlands. The Crownlands overlook Blackwater Bay and contain the largest city in Westeros: King's Landing. Bastards born in the Crownlands are given the surname Waters.

• +2 bonus on Sense Motive checks and Gather Information checks. The people of King’s Landing are wary and world-wise, often far more sophisticated than their country cousins.
• +2 Fortitude bonus to Save vs. disease. With so many people crammed into a tiny space, disease can run rampant through the city; those born there tend to be hardier and more resistant to such plagues.
