The Night's Watch have nineteen strongholds evenly spaced along the Wall in the North. From West to East, they are:

Westwatch by the Bridge, The Shadow Tower, Sentinel Stand, Greyguard, Stonedoor, Hoarfrost Hill, Icemark, The Nightfort, Deep Lake, Queensgate, Castle Black, Oakenshield, Woodswatch by the Pool, Sable Hall, Rimegate, The Long Barrow, The Torches, Greenguard, Eastwatch by the Sea.

Castle Black is the primary headquarters of The Night's Watch.
