Contact Us
Whether you've spotted something that needs updating, want to ask about how we rank the best payout online casinos, or have a question about a specific offer on this site, this is the page for it. We read every message that comes in through the channels below, and this page also explains what we can — and can't — help with.
What we can help with
Online Casinos is an independent research and review site. We compare licensed US-facing online casinos on things like bonus terms, payout speed, banking options and game selection, and we publish what we find. If your question falls into one of the areas below, get in touch:
- Corrections or updates to a casino review, rating or offer listed on this site
- Questions about how we assess payout speed, RTP, or bonus wagering requirements
- Feedback on the site itself — broken links, unclear content, or suggestions for casinos to cover
- General queries about how online casino licensing or regulation works in the US
- Press or partnership enquiries related to this website
What we can't help with
We're a comparison and review publisher — we don't operate a casino, hold player funds, or manage anyone's account. That means we can't do the following:
- Process a deposit, withdrawal, or refund on your behalf
- Reset a password or resolve a login issue on a casino site
- Resolve a dispute over a bonus, a wager, or a withdrawal delay
- Verify your identity (KYC) for a casino account
For any of the above, contact the casino's own customer support team directly — every licensed operator is required to offer a support channel, usually live chat or email, and they're the only ones with access to your account. Details of what to expect from a casino's support desk are covered in our individual reviews.
If you're concerned about your gambling
If you're reaching out because gambling has stopped being enjoyable, or is affecting your finances, work or relationships, please don't wait on a reply from us. Most licensed US casinos offer self-exclusion tools and deposit or time limits directly in your account settings, and national support services are available free of charge if you need to talk to someone. Our Responsible Gambling page lists practical steps for setting limits and where to find help.
Before you write in about a specific casino
A lot of the questions we get are already answered on the site, so it's worth checking these first:
- Bonus terms, wagering requirements and expiry dates are listed within each individual casino review, not on this contact page
- Licensing, eligibility and payment method details for the operators we cover sit alongside their ranking on our comparison pages
- General information about how this site operates, and our approach to reviewing operators, is on our About Us page
- The terms governing use of this website are set out in our Terms and Conditions
How we handle your message
When you contact us, we ask only for what we need to answer your question — typically your name, an email address to reply to, and the details of your query. We don't require account numbers, passwords, or any casino login information, and you should never send that kind of information to us or to anyone claiming to represent a casino by email. Genuine casino support teams will never ask for your password either; if you receive a message that does, treat it as a scam and report it to the operator directly.
A note on independence
Online Casinos may earn a commission if you sign up with a casino through a link on this site. That relationship never affects which operators we cover, how we rate them, or how we respond to a message — commercial partnerships don't buy position on our comparison pages, and they don't buy priority in our inbox either.
