I have a problem I can't seem to find any help for, so I thought someone in here could be knowledgeable enough with this problem. This is not related to this server, I know, but just thought maybe someone here knows.

This one's irritating as damn, and I have no clue why this happens.
I can't see any Armor blueprint previews. It's impossible to make any custom outfits if I can not see what I am making. Weapons work fine, just outfits don't work in it at all (yes, preview is tagged.)
That includes Armors (Cloth, Light, Medium, Heavy.), Boots, gloves, cloaks, helmets. None of these I can see.
Not even the standard ones (the normal armors that are there already).

This doesn't have ANY logic really. Weapons I can see, armors I can not see, I mean... where is the logic?!

Anyone got ANY help to offer ?

Hi Jerrod,

That's the way the toolset works unfortunately. The only way to see armor is to equip it on someone or just customize an NPC's armorset first before creating the item. Another option is to use a plugin (browse the NW vault) which will show previews for you. I know there's an NWN1 style item creation plugin on the vault but I haven't used it myself. There are others too.

Thanks for the reply ! Now I have another problem...

My landscape ingame went black... it looks fine on the toolset, but in game it's just black, no landscape textures or water. Just blackness.

I have no other saves of the area, can I do anything?

That could be a sign of missing textures. Are you using custom textures? If so, I think the only way these work is in the local override folder. I *think*. Not certain. It's been a while since I fiddled with custom textures.

If you're not using custom textures, it could be your video card having a problem rendering. If you updated drivers recently, roll back to an older version. If you haven't updated in a while, try the latest driver.
