So after reading the books, I have a strong feeling that Brynden Rivers, the bastard of Aegon IV is the Three Eyed Crow. Reasons:-

Bran tells us that he has a red splotch on his cheek, Brynden Rivers had a red birthmark in the same place. He gets his nick name from his birthmark, BloodRaven.

Leaf told us that the greener had lived way past the human life span, Rivers is around 125 years now.


People also believed that Rivers was a sorcerer.

The greenser also told Bran that he had a brother he loved, a brother he hated and a sister he loved. Aegor Rivers, his half brother who he hated, Shiera Seastar, his half sister who he loved and Daeron II Targaryen, the brother whose side he chose to fight for (maybe loved)

The three-eyed crow says he has "a thousand eyes and one" and there is a song written about Brynden Rivers called A Thousand Eyes, and One.

He was also the Lord Commander of the Nights Watch, once a crow.

His mothers family believed in the old gods.

The BloodRaven is told to prefer Ravens for skin changing.
